As well as the achievements of the apprentices Nicolle and Marco, staff working at Potarch Café & Restaurant have recently completed their World Host Training, First Aid in the Workplace and a manual handling course. While Chef Darren MacLellan has just been awarded his Intermediate Food Hygiene course through Aberdeenshire Council and Head Chef Claire Horsfall has just completed courses on cheese making and venison butchery.
